Submit a Maintenance Request

We are here and ready to assist you if you have a maintenance issue at the property. Please submit your maintenance request via the website to insure that we have all of the needed information to respond and route your service request to the right contractor quickly. You will also receive an acknowledgement email from management within 24 hours of receipt of your maintenance request to confirm that your maintenance request is in process.

After our client has approved the needed service, your maintenance request will be assigned to one of our licensed contractors to coordinate scheduling and access for an appointment.

NOTE: If you do not receive a response to your service request within 24 hours, please call the property manager at (678) 927-7922 for assistance.

IF THERE IS A LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCY AT THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY CALL 911 OR THE APPROPRIATE EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM AND THEN CONTACT MANAGEMENT TO SUBMIT YOUR REPORT. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT IF THERE IS AN ISSUE THAT CAUSES DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY. TO TAKE PHOTOS AND OBTAIN A POLICE REPORT FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES.

Rent Payment and Maintenance Request Processing

After you have moved into your new home, you are sent an ACTIVATION LINK
from our Accounting Department to activate your account Access to your
tenant portal. This access will provide you with important access to your
Rent Payment Ledger for account updates and payment processing via ACH or
credit and debit cards, and the ability to submit an online maintenance
request which is a required process to request repairs.

For free ACH Payments and the review of your tenant ledger @ anytime or
anywhere, please do not forget after you have moved in, to activate your
tenant portal for this important access. We do not accept emails or phone
calls to submit maintenance requests. Your request must be approved by the
property owner and then service organized by Assurance Property Management
Group, LLC.
